One time, long ago, we slept on some AWESOME pillows when we were at some casino. Don't tell on me, but I ripped the tag off! I tried to find those pillows online when I got home. No luck. I kept the tag and checked online often. I guess I was doing something wrong because I finally found them at pacificpillows.com. It was the Dupont Dacron II Extra Plump King Pillow set. These are the most amazing pillows. I have DDD, degenerative disk disease. I swear these pillows are helping my back. I told my chiropractor about them and he said it's actually possible that they have helped me. I would recommend these pillows to anyone who has back problems or heck, anyone who needs a restful night of sleep. You will fall asleep like a baby with these pillows. What a wonderful shopping experience! I visited a Hilton hotel while in Chicago last month and I fell in love with their pillows. It was the best sleep I had ever had. As soon as I returned home I researched them online and found a great deal for the same pillows at PacificPillows.com. I immediately ordered 4 and in no time I had received them. They arrived on time and in perfect condition. The website was very easy to use and their customer service was excellent. As soon as the order was placed I was e-mailed an order confirmation number and the minute the order was shipped I was e-mailed the UPS tracking number with a link to the UPS website. The pillow ended up not being what I thought it would be, so I contacted the store via email for a return authorization. The RA was provided within 1 business day and I shipped the pillow back to them. They notified me they had recieved the pillow back and recommended 4 others I might like better. (I opted to exchange the pillow rather than a refund) I have not recieved the exchange yet but I know it will be here in a couple more days... and I will keep it whether I like it or not! LOL. This was one of the most pleasant transactions I have ever experienced on the internet. This company has Pacific Coast pillows at price LOWER than the Pacific Coast company itself. They also associate the hotel where you may have first experienced the pillows so you can order the same pillow that you liked at the hotel. AND the shipping was a flat $4.99. When I called to ask a question about something that confused me about dimensions, the customer service person could not directly answer my question but she gave me the phone number of someone who could and I called and left a message. I received an email about 2 hours later with the answer to my question. Outstanding service, great product, super shipping prices and easy to navigate website. A+ all the way around in my book. Internet shopping would be so much easier if every company followed this service model.

I ordered pillows that I was not sure were the right firmness for us and I had ordered the wrong size. When I contacted the company, they suggested a different type and immediately sent them to me to try. As they were still the standard size, I sent them all back and reordered. Because I wanted to make sure we got it right, I finally ended up purchasing a larger size and in the right firmness to meet our needs. All along the way Mitch, our customer service representative, was extremely courteous, and very quickly communicated through e-mail exactly what to do. I had ordered pillow protectors as well, 2 standard and 2 queen size. When they arrived, I washed them and only then did I realize that they had sent me 3 standard and 1 queen. When I contacted Mitch he told me they would send me a new queen size pillow protector and keep the one I already had. He took great care each step of the way to make sure that we were happy. What a great customer service experience. I had not noticed that the item I ordered as a Christmas present was back ordered. The folks from customer service took the initiative to contact me to inform me that there might be a delay. More importantly, they went well above and beyond the normal course of business in offering me options (to include the option to cancel my order if I wanted). They then worked hard to fill the order, and to insure it would be here on time, they priority shipped my order without additional cost to me. WOW!!! One aspect of my job has been to investigate consumer fraud complaints, and I can tell you (like I need to) that this kind of service is exceptionally rare. Then I bought two feather pillows from Pacific Pillows for a comparative price, and there is no comparison in the comfort. The Pacific Pillow products are by far superior in comfort. (By now I've used them for about two months.) They stay plumped up, and then when I put my head into them, they sink down to a perfect level (for me, anyway.) The delivery was quick, also, which was nice.
