One time, long ago, we slept on some AWESOME pillows when we were at some casino. Don't tell on me, but I ripped the tag off! I tried to find those pillows online when I got home. No luck. What a wonderful shopping experience! I visited a Hilton hotel while in Chicago last month and I fell in love with their pillows. It was the best sleep I had ever had. As soon as I returned home I researched them online and found a great deal for the same pillows at PacificPillows.com. I immediately ordered 4 and in no time I had received them. Recently stayed at a Sheraton and a Hilton and loved the sleep experiences, so we decided to buy white sheets a la the upscale hotels. Went to online stores for Sheraton, etc., but found the prices prohibitive. Was surprised by the fact that they use 320-count/cotton blend sheets--we've been buying 800 TC and, after visiting local stores, what they're calling TC now is not nearly the quality of 800 TC the last time we bought sheets (years ago).
Bought a 60/40 blend sheet set from PacificPillows.com and was VERY pleasantly surprised with the high quality for less than half the price. I was expecting to pay $300 for what I needed--$250/sheets and $50/extra pillowcases. Instead, I got the entire package for $104 delivered to my door, and after washing the sheets 5 times and ironing them, every night is an upscale hotel night at our house.

When I received my order from Pacific Pillows, one of the items was defective and I also realized I had forgotten to order something I wanted. I e-mailed their Customer Service department and was surprised to receive an immediate response which was not only timely but totally appropriate to the situation. The replacement item was immediately shipped to me, as was a call tag allowing me to ship the item back at my convenience and without charge. The items I had forgotten to order were sent to me free of charge as a means of apology for my having received a defective item. All of the other items were of top quality. I purchased Martex Brentwood Gold Label pillows from you after sleeping on one at an Embassy Suites Hotel at Niagara Falls. I can't believe what a difference this pillow has made for me. I used to wake daily with neck pain. Now even if I toss and turn at night my neck is well supported and I wake up free of neck pain. On a recent trip to the Smoky Mountains I stayed in a cabin. The first night I arrived I was exhausted and just fell asleep on the pillow that was provided. Ouch! I woke with a stiff neck the next morning. How quickly I had forgotten. I loved the mountains but was glad to get home to my pillow. Next time the pillow will go with me!
